These forms help us take care of the children in our care and give us important information on how to contact parents or carers should the need arise.
These forms are deleted once the activity they relate to has taken place.
If your child (or children) is interested in attending one of our activities, please use our CONTACT FORM to enquire if space is available, stating which activity your enquiry relates to.
The limited amount of places on our activities are often taken well in advance of the activity.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and a completed Activity Permission Form and any required deposit/payment must be received before the requested place is confirmed.
