Changes to our Booking Conditions

Please note, that as from 01st May 2008 it will be the parent/s / Carer/s responsibility to contact us to ascertain the estimated time of return from an activity.

We will make available at least one mobile telephone number to those who request it. It is suggested that this number is called between 30 minutes and an hour prior to our original estimated time back from an activity to obtain an update.

Please note, that in the event of an emergency we will of course make every effort to contact parent/s / carer/s.
